For those who will decide to stay in Bagnaia for the RIVE summer gathering as well, which will be held from July 18 to 21, it will be possible to participate with a special donation of 100 euros, meals included.

food 

The contribuition for food will be made separately to La Comune di Bagnaia ONLUS

This donation will be made at the point of registration and will be added automatically to your registration total.

We will enjoy delicious food sourced from communities throughout the RIVE network. We ask a donation of 30€ per day for 3 gorgeous meals + 2 beverage breaks (or 15€ per day for children 7-12)

 

Accomodation

A range of accommodation is available to suit your needs. 

Stay for free in your own tent or caravan, share a house with friends and neighbours of the community, or stay in your own comfortable apartment. 

For groups or families, we have double and single bed apartments for groups of 4-7 people in beautifully traditional Tuscan houses nearby: Casa al Gianni and Agriturismo La Villa (35€ pppn). There are also comfortable bungalows available at Camping La Montagnola (25€ pppn). Explore the accommodation options and make a holiday of your stay!

*NOTE: The meal donation covers a full menu of delicious food every day, as well as the infrastructure required to keep the conference running smoothly.

Information for General Assembly and Conference Delegates

As we have communicated to our network by email, this year we are introducing a small contribution of €50 for delegates, in response to our need to balance accessibility and financial sustainability at the conference. 

To register as a delegate please use the normal registration form and select ¨Delegate¨ from the drop-down list. 

This contribution will apply to the same number of delegate places as always: 

5 places per national network, 

3 places per ecovillage,

1 place per aspiring member.

Delegates are officially appointed to represent GEN Europe member communities/networks at the General Assembly and conference. If you are at all unsure whether you are a delegate, please contact fanny@gen-europe before registering.
